Privacy Policy
US Paycheck Toolsis built to be private by default. The numbers you enter into any calculator are processed entirely in your browser — they are never sent to a server, stored, or shared. This page explains exactly what is and isn’t collected when you use the site.
Calculator inputs
Every calculation — hourly-to-salary, take-home pay, overtime, and pay raises — runs locally as JavaScript in your browser. Your wages, hours, filing status, and any other figures you type are never transmitted to us or any third party. Close the tab and they are gone; nothing is saved.
No accounts, no cookies
There are no user accounts, logins, or profiles. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use cross-site trackers or fingerprinting.
Analytics
To understand which calculators are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. It is cookieless and collects only aggregate, anonymous metrics such as page views and referrers. It does not track you across sites and does not build a profile of you or fingerprint your device.
Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) transiently to serve pages securely and to protect against abuse. We do not receive or retain this data ourselves. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Third-party links
Our content cites external sources such as the IRS and state revenue departments. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Children
US Paycheck Tools is a general-audience reference tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
